By accessing or using AutoShip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Best4.Auto, or you must have parental or guardian permission to access our services.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies while using AutoShip

• All content on Best4.Auto, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Best4.Auto or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
• By posting content on Best4.Auto, you retain ownership of your content but grant Best4.Auto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Best4.Auto is a performance management platform that helps school districts and their stakeholders set and track goals. We are not involved in:

• The actual implementation of those goals within your district
• The accuracy of the data you and your teams enter into Best4.Auto
• The attainment of those goals

9. Termination of Use

Best4.Auto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

10. Modifications to Terms

Best4.Auto may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims related to these Terms or the use of Best4.Auto must be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, except where prohibited by law. Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve issues prior to arbitration or litigation.
